Returns & Exchange

Goods once sold will not be taken back. All products are properly checked & packed by our Shipping team for no damage during transit. Incase products are still found to have manufacturing defects, we will replace or issue Credit Note for purchase amount excluding shipping cost.

Conditions of Returns:

  1. Replacement or Credit Note will be initiated once we receive the products in our warehouse.
  2. No exchange or refund for sold items.
  3. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
  4. Please use reliable courier service to return items with proper shipment receipt & other details.

Incase parcel is received damaged / tampered or appears damaged while delivery by Courier company, please donot accept or take delivery of the said parcel. Please mention the reason for not taking delivery on delivery receipt to refund the product amount. If possible, please take picture of the damaged parcel & mail it to us for better records.

Please note, we cannot promise replacement of same product in case of un-availability of product in our stock.
